DiaMaxx is a ready mix of lubricant and suspension, it is permanently stable and thus ensures reproducible results.

Based on our high concentration Aka+ suspensions and our high removal Aka-Lube Clear+ we have formulated a product that combines quick preparation with ease of use. DiaMaxx does not contain any oil and is therefore very easy to clean.

DiaMaxx meets the highest requirements in metallographic sample preparation and is available with polycrystalline diamonds as DiaMaxx Poly and with monocrystalline diamonds as DiaMaxx Mono.

Contrary to competing 2-in-1 diamond suspensions, the use of Aka-Lube Clear+ makes DiaMaxx perfectly compatible with any polishing cloth or fine-grinding disc. It is not necessary to have different suspensions with the same grain size for different grinding discs or polishing cloths, which saves you cost and storage space.
